Sleeps up to 13
No pets are allowed in the condo. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
You must be 25 or older to rent.
Tax will be added to all below rates.
There is a refundable $1000 damage deposit. ($500 in off peak times)
No cleaning fees
June, July & Aug 1st - 15th is a one week minimum.
Spring Break is a one week minimum.
(unless you see an opening on our calendar)
Everything else is a 3 night minimum.
