Sleeps up to 13
No pets are allowed in the condo. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
You must be 25 or older to rent.
Tax will be added to all below rates.
There is a refundable $1000 damage deposit.
($500 in off peak times & $2000 for spring break & holy week)
No cleaning fees except for spring break & holy week
June, July, Aug, Spring Break & Holy Week is a 5 night minimum.
Everything else is a 3 night minimum.
(unless you see a shorter opening on our calendar)
